Meriwether Café and Bike Shop is — you guessed it — a cafe and bike shop, located along the Katy Trail in beautiful Rocheport, MO. As we described it together as I wrote their web copy with owners Brandon and Whitney, Meriwether was born out of a strong love for the Katy Trail and simple scratch cooking. Their goal is to welcome visitors and locals to Rocheport through great food in a merry environment.
